Disable Preview in Trados 2017?

Hi there,

I am having trouble with the Preview feature in Studio 2017. This has happened before and I have been able to solve it following some forums suggestion. This time, however, I can't and I am sure it is not a shortcuts issue. I am working on a package with a server based TM. Maybe the problem is related but I am not that familiar with packages.
Any suggestions on how to disable the Generating Preview function?

...the simpliest way - clicking the X in the upper right corner of the preview window?

Hi,
The Generating Preview (bottom left corner) message does nothing, just delays moving to the next segment.

what do you mean by "Generating Preview (bottom left corner) message"?

Just close the preview window by clicking X in it's upper right corner.

Otherwise, go to View and click the preview button to turn off the option.

I did so, but nothing changed. Every time I want to move to the next segment (Ctrl + Enter), 'Generating Preview' appear in the bottom left corner of the screen. That delays a lot the translation process. I am wondering if this has something to do with the online TMs.
