Hello, I'm Kathy Leiva, a dual-certified Spanish Interpreter based in Evansville, Indiana. My credentials include Certified Court Interpreter in Spanish by the State of Indiana and CHI™ Certified Healthcare Interpreter-Spanish. I am also certified to interpret sworn proceedings in Kentucky.

Professional interpreting experience includes working remotely for large Language Services Providers based in the U.S. as a general interpreter and medical interpreter. I also provide remote and on-site interpretation for courts and health and social services providers.

Formal training includes successfully completing the nationally recognized Bridging The Gap medical interpreting course and court interpreter training.

Volunteer work has included both translation and medical interpreting for non-profit organizations in Ecuador, Peru, and the United States.
