The main grounds for the amendment to its statutes which GEMA put forward are outlined below.

Possibly even constitution if it is an association of foundation. Sometimes Memorandum and Articles of Association, depending on whether the "Statuten" include the entity's incorporation instrument as well. In my opinion it is patently incorrect to translate "Statuten" as statutes, however.
