Има известна (неизбежна) неточност в превода, и тя се дължи на разликата в значението между английското "experience" и най-близкото българско "опит": английската дума има И значение на "нещо, което изпитвам/усещам", докато българската е смислово ограничена към "нещо, което знам/съм изпитал". Точно в маркетинга тази разлика проличава, тъй като "experience" се използва именно в значението, което липсва при "опит". Но - квот' дал Господ... ;)

Скоба: има и "по-страшни" за превод термини, напр. experiential design (това е дизайн-проектиране, което се концентрира не само върху визуални и функционални характеристики, а именно върху customer experience)...

По повод предложението на Емилия: \"впечатления\" има смисъл на нещо, получено в резултат на еднократно/кратко/ограничено взаимодействие с продукта (да го пипнеш, пробваш, видиш, премериш) - докато \"experience\" е сумата от многократни такива (вкл. и по-абстрактни) впечатления, въз основа на които се изгражда едно устойчиво, макар и динамично променящо се, отношение към продукта.

Вместо \"впечатление\" би могло да се използва по-скоро \"възприятие\"... още по-точно \"възприЕМАНЕ\" - но и това не е точно, защото \"customer experience\" не се ограничава само до перцепция, а включва и осмисляне, запаметяване, формиране на стереотипи... Пък и, както посочи Tangra, \"потребителски опит\" вече е възприето.
