Use the benefits/strong points of company profile to achieve company's goals; "popularize" company

To "leverage" something in consulting-speak is to "use something more effectively or to greater benefit".

What can you do with a company profile (considering that the next item is "build long-term relationships with decision-makers and STAKEholders"?

Well, my guess is you can "promote" or "popularize" your company or "boost its image" etc. The company has some strong points (e.g. "Sberbank is the largest bank in Eastern Europe") - so these points must be used to inform the target audience about "how good and unique the company is". Sberbank may be a lousy bank - but now it's got an image (largest in EE etc.).

Boosting the company's image (or "leveraging its profile") with the target audience makes the next task - protecting operating licenses - easier.

Good luck!

Yes - by definition "leverage" has multple meanings and context defines the specific meaning to be used. I guess it's the one I mentioned. Thanks!
neutral Alexander Demyanov : I believe in this context it's sort of the other way around: support, strengthen the company profile, not use it

You see, it may be the case - but a) I have read consultant reports using "leverage" in this meaning (but not for the company's image, AFAIK) - and b) the context (to prevent withdrawal of licences etc.) in my mind supports my position.
