German to English Tech/Engineering Textiles / Clothing / Fashion Sewing

There is no real context just a list of term, one of them is Schnittbild.
Schnittbildplanung, - ausdruck und-vervielfältigung.
I know what a Schnittbild is in German but I don't know what this is called in English - it can't be just pattern as a Schnittbild is a picture of all the templates that need to be cut out to make the shoe (or bag or whatever) positioned on the pice of material. As far as I understand this is done to arrange the individual templates in a way that will waste as little material as possible when they are cut out.
