Can anyone tell me how this name is read, please?
AFAIK, it's a personal name but I could only get 1 other Google hit for this family name.
Also, the first character of the given name is ちょっと怪しい (mediocre copy quality).
The right-most side is correct but the radical I'm not sure of. Will re-post here if I find it for sure.

The Japanese name should be "萬納寺毅智", and his name is "Man-noo-ji Take-tomo" (a dash is used for character-boundaries). The typo is now cleared in the first page, and you can find his name in the second page.
