English term

to pipe in

English to Spanish Medical Surveying a survey questionnaire
This is a questionnaire whose participants are physicians and nurses. (Diabetes). The text says:

"Of the last 100 prescriptions written to treat hyperglycemia for your [PIPE IN: DIABETES PATIENT TYPE] diabetes patients, what percent were written as:...etc"

Could it mean "enter" or "insert" or "zoom in"?????

Thanks a lot!

I think they meant Type in

It looks like a typing error.

"To pipe in" means "to put in your two cents worth" or "meter la cuchara" como dicen en Mex.

I don't know what they sayings would be in other parts of the world but I may learn something today!

Sorry It should be " I don't know what "the sayings" not "they sayings"

If it is "Type in: Diabetes Patient Type" it should be "Apunte Tipo de Paciente Diabético". If this is on some type of form letter, I don't think you have to translate that portion of the document. You may want to consult with your client.

Parece que lo que piden es que se especifique el tipo de paciente.
