In the current economical climate, goods and services are subject to a variety of activities. All these activities have really meaningful benefits. Their logistical benefits are: 1. Format Benefit (verspanen, heating, cooling, construction, demolishing, etc.)

I've already translated the Dutch to English, except for this one word. I apologise if this may be inconvenient to you.

That's probably what is meant here. I agree with Kate, though, that it would be useful to have the original Dutch sentence.
