Spanish term
no interviene como comprador siendo la relación directamente entre sus filiales
Spanish to English

Law: Contract(s)
I am translating into Turkish but the translation sent to me seemed to differ from the Spanish original. I have asked the second part of the sentence yesterday but I think the first part was mistranslated too. It reads, "The Contract states that CompanyI is in direct relation with its branches and does not intervene as a buyer."
I don't know much Spanish, I can just guess the meaning thanks to my French.
The original sentence:
"Que en dicho Contrato Marco se establece que CompanyI no interviene como comprador siendo la relación directamente entre sus filiales, dentro de las cuales se encuentra CompanyII y sus Filiales, y CompanyIII."
