Distributor shall furnish XXX with a current and accurate list of all mobile handset models to which Distributor distributes, or proposes to distribute, Ringtunes as permitted hereunder, indicating for each whether such handset supports so-called "forward-locking" or other DRM technology for blocking the transfer of files out the handset by users.
