Определение в тексте договора: "GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORIZATIONS" means all permits, consents, decisions, licenses, clearances, approvals, no-action or no-objection certificates, certificates, confirmations or exemptions from, and all applications, notices and other filings with any Governmental Authority that are necessary for (i) the development, implementation, owning or operation of the Factory; (ii) the production of ... in the Territory; or (iii) the marketing or commercialization of ... in the Expanded Territory.
