My suggestion is: "Avere un interesse materiale nell’azienda o servire come funzionario di un appaltatore, fornitore o cliente dell’azienda".
I reckon that the concept of "material interest" (mostly related to financial interests) should be specified, as it is an element to evaluate a person's suitability for a position, etc...
