مأمور الإجراء and رئيس الاجراء refers to same functionality.

مأمور الإجراء هو موظف عمومي يكون مسئولا عن دائرة الإجراء المرتبطة بالمحكمة التي تنسب إليها ويرأسها رئيس المحكمة بحكم عمله الإداري في المحكمة
ويقوم مأمور الإجراء بتنفيذ الأحكام والإعلانات الصادرة عن المحاكم الشرعية والمدنية ومن المحاكم الجزائية بالحقوق الشخصية بناء على طلب المحكوم له والذي بيده حكم قضائي ، أو سند منظم وفقاً لأصول خاصة بذلك. ويقوم رئيس الإجراء بأخذ القرارات الإجرائية رأساً دون حاجة لحكم آخر، وإن قرار رئيس الإجراء لا يستأنف بالطرق العادية ، ولكن للمتضرر أن يعترض على قرار رئيس الإجراء عن طريق الاشتكاء على الحكام باللجوء إلى المحكمة العليا بصفتها محكمة عدل عليا
