Dietl/Lorenz lists both developmental and incentive. The former is
probably the more sjitable one in this case, but I thought I'd throw 'incentive' in just for good measure. Thanks for listening.

Actually, I like David's suggestion, but I found this and thought I'd share it. Unfortunately, I only found a couple of references, so it is probably not all that common (see http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls...
