Citizen/Alien Waived Emergent Medical (CAWEM) program

English to Russian Social Sciences Medical: Health Care
You do not have to give social security number (SSN) for anyone applying for the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) or for emergency medical benefits under the ***Citizen/Alien Waived Emergent Medical (CAWEM) program***. You do not have to give SSNs for anyone who is not applying for benefits. You can volunteer to give us these SSNs. If we find you eligible for a program that requires your SSN, we will ask you for it. We will not contact immigration services for anyone not seeking benefits. If you do not have a SSN yourself, other family members who do have SSNs may still qualify.

Any ideas how to call this program in Russian?
Also, any kind of feedback on what this program is about is more than welcome!

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for CAWEM, a person must meet all the nonfinancial and financial eligibility requirements for another medical assistance program, except the citizen/alien status and Social Security Number requirements.
