: Die Stadt Oelsnitz gibt es in der ehemaligen DDR zweimal, einmal im Vogtland und einmal im Erzgebirge. Daher wird es sich wohl um den Namen VEB Buchungsmaschinenwerk handeln

So Härterei should be hardening shop or hardening works, hardening plant - I don't know what kind of laboratory you are talking about here.
