cash payment confirmation number & cash payment(payer) identification
I agree with Mr. Samuel, but this kind of payment system is used for "cash receipt" system via internet. So, 현금 here means exactly "cash" to differ with "credit payment" because some "cash receipt" order/payment system uses also with credit card. I think it's better specify the kind of payment, and in this case "cash payment" is proper translation.
And about 신분확인 it for identification of the payer through this system, so I think there must be "자" between 승인 and 신분. And 현금승인자신분확인 should be clearer than before, because just 신 of 신분 means "person's body" that can be, in this case, the payer.
Generally Korean people are creating a new style of English language, for example, "Cash Receipt" that should be "Electronic Payment Receipt", but we must allow this kind of tendency in Korea as Korean English.

Payment Confirmation Number & Payment Status Verified
More literally, "cash confirmation number" and "cash confirmation status verification" -- however these are not idiomatic in financial English.
