There are traction (power) master stations
traction (power) substations
and traction (power) units (at either end of trains),which can be controlled by remote control.
I think you need more context or someone who knows what they're talking about! Good luck.
My guess would have been 'substations' but this is already mentioned, which is why I thought 'unit' but this doesn't seem to have much relation with 'puestos'
The word you need is definitely 'traction'. Like Robert, I thought of 'position', 'post' etc. but can't find any results with 'traction'
