カルマ is a possibility, it is a phonetic version of the the sound ¥"karuma.¥" However, being a Buddhist country, Japanese has a symbol for the sanscrit term which is pronounced ¥"gou.¥" When you asked for the symbol, rather than the translation, I have you the ideogram (kanji) above. As a translation it is more old fashioned, and used only in Budhist contexts rather than in hippy-language such as in the phrase ¥"That¥'s really bad Karma, man¥"
