does literally mean the house of a patrician in the sense of the house of the lord of the manor,but the collective concept in english is farmhouse BandB even though this may include manor houses where there is an involvement in agriculture/farming.

: d'accordo ma la padronale e' proprio la casa dove risiedeva il padrone un tempo, trovo Farmhouse piu' adatto a tradurre Agriturismo in generale
