irrorare Explanation: Basting viene usato molto quando si cucina il tacchino ripieno. C'e' un utensile apposta che si chiama baster (e' come una pipetta) per aspirare i succhi di cottura del tacchino per poter irrorare continuamente la carne in modo che non si secchi. |
