The word "dimension" can be used in English with individuals/people as well as with abstract nouns.

We can say: "Spiritual dimension of a person or people" and
"The Religious Dimension of Judicial Decision Making"

The American Heritage Dictionary mentions the following example of using "dimension" with individuals or people:
