Italian term
giuste delibere del D.G.
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
For context, the whole sentence reads:
L'anno 2006, il giorno 4 del mese di APRILE, si è riunito presso la propria sede il comitato etico di XXX, *** giuste delibere del D.G. no 133 e no. 1313 del 28/10/04 *** cosí composto: (followed by a list of the E.C's members). It's the part in between *** that is confusing me. Any suggestions?

it's usually used as an adverb, but as an adjective means "giusto"; I thought EC stands for European Community ->>>Directorate General; then Francesca wrote it stands for Ethic's committee...so I was wrong
