But because of those caps, I suspect they are probably referring to this as ONE SPECIFIC recording, so I'd be inclined to treat both words together as a proper name, rather like the title of a movie.

"Skin" is sometimes used to mean "naked", as in, for example "skin flick", i.e. a porn movie (or at least, an erotic one featuring naked people etc.)
