neutrofili con nucleo non segmentato
Explanation:
Perhaps it'ts that. I couldn't find any other kind of neutrophile core, and I've tried in Italian, German and English. In German I found "segmentiert" and "stabförmig", and that's the meaning of the word "ïàëî÷êîÿäåðíûå". There are these 2 kinds of neutrophiles, the "ïàëî÷êîÿäåðíûå" are the younger.
So I think, it would hit the classification "con nucleo segmentato" and "con nucleo non segmentato" in Italian.

Sorry for writing English, I don't speak Italian and I can't write Russian on the computer. :-)

neutrofili eosinofili

Explanation:

buon lavoro

neutrofili con nucleo non segmentato - reply to the answer of rminucci

Explanation:
Have just a look at another KudoZ question (link below), the example is copied from there:

íà ïðèìåð: Ãåìîãëîáèí - 146,0 ã/ë; ëåéêîöèòû - 4,5*109/ë; íåéòðîôèëû: ïàëî÷êîÿäåðíûå - 4%, ñåãìåíòîÿäåðíûå - 52%, ýîçèíîôèëû - 3%; ëèìôîöèòû - 36%; ìîíîöèòû - 5%; ÑÎÝ - 3ìì/÷.

Eosinophiles (eosinofili) are not ïàëî÷êîÿäåðíûå, but ýîçèíîôèëû. The cell core of young neutrophiles is not segmented (nucleo non segmentato), they are called in Russian: ïàëî÷êîÿäåðíûå, English: band neutrophiles, German: stabfoermig.

Later they get segmented.

The only name for the earlier form of neutrophiles in Italian, that I found in the Internet, is \"neutrofili con nucleo non segmentato\", the link is given in my first answer. (below as link Nr. 2)

On the Italian website there is given a percentage of neutrophiles:
\"Il numero dei globuli bianchi è di 27.900 per mmc, con il 45% di neutrofili con nucleo segmentato, il 5% di neutrofili con nucleo non segmentato...\"
It\'s similar to \"палочкоядерные - 4%, сегментоядерные - 52%\".

Oh, in the comment there are no Russian letters! It has to be: \"palochkoyaderniye - 4 %, segmentoyaderniye - 52 %\" and it should show the concordance to the Italian example.
