the name-of-the-current-stage indicator

Can someone help me to put this phrase into standard English ? or it is ok as is ?

Navigation Bar

This is a convenient tool to navigate in the import profile creation/data import process. The navigation bar is comprised of the Back button, the name-of-the-current-stage indicator and the Next button.

hi Nesrin ! the data import process cosists of several stages (steps) and the indicator shows the name of the current step

the stagen indicator

I believe it is as simple as this. It's been used before for different application (see below):

The stage indicator represents the progress that the application has made so far, and can be used in our callback function to give the user some meaningful feedback.
