Thanks. I have not entered this into the glossary as I think my French construction may not be too good. Could you let me know what you ended up with? I suggest that you then enter it into the glossary...thanks!!

Thanks - I have just looked at the FCR and this concerns the Court approving and admitting orders drawn up by lawyers (i.e. the order is made by the Court but the successful party's lawyer has to draft it and have it approved, then the Court stamps it)

And this sentence is just a note below what the Court had ordored.
It's an order of this court.

More context needed- (a) which country's Federal Court Rules (b) could you paste in the Rule, as "settlement and entry" appear to mean very specific things (I am guessing it means approval by the Court of draft Court orders prepared by lawyers)
