Sabor: Aceites gustosos (medianamente amargos, picantes y astringentes) y muy aromáticos (ricos en aromas secundarios, de tipo verde) , sabor frutado al principio de la campaña y ligeramente dulce a medida que ésta avanza.
The English version that I have says "rich in secondary, green flavourings", but I have no idea what "green" or verde" might mean in this context. Do they mean something fresh? related to grass or leaves?
My actual target language is Latvian, but given the "huge" number of ES-LV translators, I have no choise but to resort to English. :)

O aroma verde ou as notas que o compoem fazem lembrar o frescor
de capim recém-cortado. No caso de mangas, a nota verde mais típica
lembra o odor de uma folha de mangueira recém-esmigalhada.

El color de los aceites de oliva vírgenes puede variar del dorado al verde oscuro, dependiendo de la variedad de aceituna empleada. El poco sabor u olor que tiene un aceite de oliva (no virgen) procede de la pequeña cantidad de aceite de oliva virgen o virgen extra que lleva.
