I suspect, from the way it is used in the text, that the initials SAG are simply the part number for this item — though I wouldn't mind betting they originally stood for Skirting Adaptor Grille or something along those lines! As is so often the case, users who have forgotten what the letters originally stand for now use the acronym alone, adding back in redundant words.

In any event, I believe it is the manufacturer's reference number, and as such, does not require translation.
