Might do it. While you can probably overlook -bedingt, I don't think you can ignore "Koordination". (Although to be honest I would have thought all coordination was "centrally" controlled).

I don't think the bedingt needs to be translated. I would wait however for more expert opinions on this.

stance/gait abnormalities due to cerebral beriberi

Cerebral beriberi is Wernicke's encephalopathy, and one of the central / cerebral signs are these abnormalities, more details here:

You may also find several texts mentioning simply "lack of coordination" or "impaired coordination" associated with thiamin deficiency.
