English term

unresolve

English to German Tech/Engineering IT (Information Technology) IT Business Management
This term appears in a process driven application where the status is set to resolved. Given options for this status are either close or unresolve. Unresolve would then set the process status back to open. It has to be a different term to reopen as this is used in the same process after it has been closed. Any ideas how this option could/would be called in german.

Discussion

Klaus Stracker (asker) Sep 13, 2007:
It is a status of a service request, where an incident or a problem status is at resolved level but hasn't reached closed level.
Aniello Scognamiglio (X) Sep 13, 2007:
Are we talking about the status of service requests?
