Japanese term
快適刺激

Cosmetics, Beauty
The whole phrase is "乾燥などの快適刺激からお肌を守り,..." I understand the part about protecting the skin from dryness but 快適刺激? I'm not quite sure what the best way to handle this term would be. Any help would be much appreciated.

threat / risk / irritant to physical comfort
Sounds like 快適 here is talking about the comfort of one's skin, or just physical comfort in general. 刺激 in this case is referring to something that irritates, bothers, or provokes.
I would translate it as:
*** protects the wearer from skin irritants like dryness.
*** protects the wearer from comfort-robbing dryness. (???)
*** protects the wearer from dryness and other irritants that threaten physical comfort.
Something like this.
Hope this helps.

: 肌にとっては乾燥は心地よいけど、刺激というか負担になるようです(私、一応女性です)。"driness, which is comfortable yet stressful for skins"といったかんじでしょうか・・・。

: Maybe just drop the 快適 altogether and have "protect the skin from irritations such as dryness." I must say that I was a bit puzzled by Droz's comment, in that most skin products aim for comforts such as しっとり感, and I wouldn't have thought of 乾燥 as 心地よい.

pleasant smoothing
I think that the whole gist of your phrase is something like:
"??? protects the skin with the pleasant smoothing of dryness..." , however, there are tons of flowery alternatives to use in this kind of situation.
