Serbo-Croat term

Komisija za ocenu radne sposobnosti

Serbo-Croat to English Medical Human Resources Legal medical issues
This one has really got us stumped. We know what it is, we can translate it somehow, of course, but we have so far failed to find the equivalent in the English-speaking world.

The concept does not seem to exist in the UK or America - a kind of medical board or committee which decides on whether an employee is fit for work, or eligible for sick-pay, invalidity and other benefits. In Britain at least, this is decided on by the GP.

Any specific suggestions, or at least nice translations if not? :)

Thanks

It's the same as "invalidska komisija", for which see:

Strange though it may sound, "invalidity committee" generates quite a few EU- and ILO-related hits.
