Bella la proposta di Caterina, aggiungo la mia idea. Significa, a quanto mi sembra, la "trama", il modo in cui le note che compongono un dato bouquet si tessono insieme per formare una fragranza unica, dal "carattere" ben definito e quasi da potersi toccare. È un termine sinestetico se vuoi, ma se ci pensi, alcuni profumi ricordano il tocco della seta o del velluto o di una pelliccia lussuosa. C'è il famoso White Linen di Estée Lauder, profumo estivo dal carattere fresco e leggero proprio come un abito in lino bianco (e la sinestesia continua...). Buona domenica e buon lavoro!

Pour que l'odeur du parfum puisse tenir, il faut lui ajouter des composés moins volatils ainsi qu'un fixateur. On caractérise alors la structure d'un parfum par trois notes : tète, cœur et fond.
La structure d'un parfum se présente à peu près comme suit :
La note de tète (25 à 30 %): il donne la première impression et ne dure que quelques minutes.
La note de cœur (25 à 30%) : détermine le thème du parfum et dure quelques heures.
La note de fond (40 à 50%): donne le sillage du parfum et sa ténacité et dure quelques jours ou plus.
