Chinese term

具体化

Chinese to English Social Sciences Business/Commerce (general) goal setting
As in "我总是把大目标具体化"

I tried "I always crystallise broad goals", but a native speaker seems to have difficulty understanding it (mainly the meaning of"crystallise")

Any suggestions are appreciated !

break down xxx to details

这种译法是细化的意思。不能代表具体化的全部意义,不过你说“大目标”,那应该也可以算一种理解。

To detail, or to specify something is to break it down into more specific parts and that is the speaker is talking about here.
