One of the items in the price list is the above, with little other context to go on : "Etableringsskjøtsel- og FDV-dokumentasjon". I got only 23 hits with this term, and almost all to do with "grøntanlegg" and Friluftsetaten.

Has anyone come across this term before?

I think this has to do with looking after a plant once it has been planted, i.e. helping it survive. This is certainly the sense in which it is used in the two URLs below, and I found 648 Google hits for "establishment care".
