"wine cradle"; "wine bottle decanting cradle"
My first thought was a wine rack, but that wouldn't help with serving/pouring the wine.
Wine cradles support the bottle as it's being poured or decanted, and come in a great many shapes and sizes. A few examples (by no means exhaustive!) illustrated nicely here:

HMMM! I think you probably need something bigger, like
a BARREL rack, or barrel stand.
There are some here - but, none of them X-shaped!http://www.acufab.com/barrel-rack.htm

"Cask rack" and "cask stand" seem to be interchangable. There's a picture of a cask stand here: http://www.a1barstuff.co.uk/detail.asp?ProdID=277

Sorry, guimeman, but try as I might, I can't find anything as glorious as the stand in your link! Mine are all very basic...

thanks, patyjs! I think "barrel" needs to come into it, to avois confusion with "wine racks", which are for bottles, and definitely not a "wine bottle decanting cradle"!
