'Te' if you are speaking to one person, 'vos' if to more than one. 'Cum' is regularly omitted in ablatives of manner when used with 'totus', 'omnis', etc., and adjectives of quantity are never followed by a partitive genitive in good Latin usage (save for a few peculiarities like 'mille', adverbial accusatives like '(ali)quod', ni(hi)l, etc.).
