As you can see, there are basically three different meanings of "observación" pursuant to Orellana; obviously, the one that is germane in this case is either "objection" or "criticism" given the description of the meaning.
Plus, quite often relevant information in English uses the preposition "with" while it uses the preposition "de" in English.
