Yes, you could say that, köttfärs" is ground beef. To prepare the "biff" you add breadcrumbs, egg, peppar, salt and oignon and shape into patties

: "beef" and "biff" are not translation equivalants. EN beef is a type of meat, SV biff refers to the shape.

Did you actually read my answer?? Of course "biff" isn't beef, "biff" refers to the shape of the patties, I wrote that "köfffärs" is grounded beef, not that "biff" means "beef"

A mixture of minced meat coated in egg and breadcrumbs and fried. We use to call them rissoles.
