Es decir, de pronto se interpreta mal lo que dije:
yo lo entiendo como el tiempo transcurrido desde la promesa de entrega hasta la entrega en tiempo o puntual, y desde la solicitud u orden o pedido y la entrega en tiempo o puntual.
