Tenho aqui uma Declaração de Voto de um dos Juízes do STJ. No final diz assim:
"Estas são, em resumo, as razões da minha discordância.
Para completo esclarecimento, junto parte do projecto que elaborei e que não logrou vencimento".
Não consegui encontrar uma traduzão adequada em nenhuma das respostas já publicadas para a mesma palavra.

from vencer.. to win... in other words, he's attaching his opinion, which did not achieve a majority of votes among the judges, and that is why he is dissenting from the ruling approved by the majority
