encontrei no "Petit Robert" que "séquestre", juridicamente, é algo que fica em mãos de terceiros durante uma transação, mas não consigo encontrar o termo em português. Já procurei até como "conta sequestro" mas não encontro. Algum colega me dá uma ajudinha por favor?
