When a process non-conformance has occurred, an NCMR should be initiated. Examples of process non-conformances would be: valves exceeded the maximum specified time in the MCS solution or the solution temperature was above specification; the die temperature on the tray sealer was below or above specification when the blister trays were sealed with Tyvek, or an environmental excursion for temperature or humidity.
