Yes, it should be 'táto' instead of 'predložená'. My mistake. Any way, the target term seems to be alright to me, so I believe I answered the asker's query and that's what most important to me. But thanks for the feedback.

There is one thing Kristian which makes me read it as from different document - "predlozena zmluva". The present contract, I believe, means "sucasna" resp. "tato". It's "present" rather than "presented".
