'socket head csk screw'

You have copied it wrongly. The correct English is 'socket head csk (=countersunk)screw'

This is an 'Innenkantsenkkopfschraube'
or a Senkkopfinbusschraube'. It has a hexagonal recess in the head for an Allen key (Sechskantstift).

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I knew that "sock" was meant to be "socket", but that's how it was in the text. I simply drew a blank with c/sk, but it's obvious now. Thank you."

countersunk

it probably stands for countersunk. A countersunk screw is a Senkschraube.
