Although people in Hong Kong who live in apartment complexes often simply call their "podiums" キin advertisements they are usually referred to as キ堕 I believe this is because advertisers would like to stress the greenery in the podiums. After all, people in Hong Kong don't get to see a lot of green around them. Besides,the phrase 堕 immediately points prospective buyers to the idea of a park or garden, highlighting the recreational aspects of the podium.

Podium usually refers to the platform for conductor of an orchestra, so I guss the above suggestion may fit into your context.
