Ik denk niet dat er enig verschil is met de gewone betekenis van 'credit advice statement'. Dat wordt normaal vertaald als 'creditnota'. Letterlijk misschien 'creditnota-rekeningafschrift', maar die nota is natuurlijk al een afschrift.

@Asker: Nogmaals, ik ben geen financieel specialist, maar het lijkt hier te gaan om een overzicht van de aandelen die men heeft. Dat vertegenwoordigt een "tegoed" of "credit".
