omnes inimicos nostros perdemus.

'Inimicos' refers to one's personal enemies. If you are referring to public or national enemies, you would say, 'omnes hostes nostros perdemus'.

I have employed the accusative forms ending in '-es', but during the best period i-stem adjectives of the third declension exhibited '-is' more often than '-es' in the accusative plural; likewise for the substantive 'hostis', '(public) enemy'.

Finally, Latin does not use a partitive genitive after 'omnis' ('all') but agrees with the substantive modified in gender, number, and case.
